What does this error code f16 mean?
The washing machine hatch door is not closed or is blocked in a closed position (a foreign object is blocking it)

Checking with your own hands - solving
- The washing machine hangs and needs to restart, just unplug it and let it rest for half an hour.
- Check the hatch latch slot, there should be nothing there to prevent it from closing;
- Try pressing the hatch harder when closing it, and restart it.
Replacing and repairing
- Replace the wires in the washing machine if they are damaged;
- Replace the hatch locking device;
- Remove, diagnose and repair or replace with a new control board SM.
